Tensions and Transitions in Ethics - Building More Collective Ethical Systems
Tensions and Transitions in Ethics - Building More Collective Ethical Systems
How can ethics be made more collective? And how can we build more equitable systems and collaboration around ethics which centre the communities and practitioners involved.
Join our workshop which explores this from multiple perspectives - from community grassroots (Community Knowledge Matters, Science Ceilidh), to science communication practitioners (UWE: Insight) and international contexts (Berlin School of Public Engagement and partners in UK and South Africa) and funders (UK Research and Innovation with support partner The Young Foundation)
We’re hosting this as a Preconference Workshop at the international Public Communication of Science and Technology (PCST) Conference which is in Aberdeen this year on Monday 26 May, 2 - 5pm. We’ll work collaboratively to consolidate and map what is happening, draw together resources and tools to share, and make plans how we may be able to write something together to keep the momentum going and advocate collectively.
